Delivery & Returns Policies 

Delivery Terms 
Orders and commissioned work will proceed once full payment is received. Unless otherwise stated, please allow 7 working days from the receipt of your order and an additional 2-3 days for delivery of your items on all orders. 
Drawings and Paintings – usually 7 days, but allow up to 10 days or more depending on size, complexity and intricacy of work done and for framing services, if requested. 
Photographic Prints – usually 7 days, but allow up to 10 days for sizes A2 or above and framing services. 
Any other handmade or commissioned products – allow up to 10 or more working days. 
A ‘working day’ is weekdays from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends. 
Delivery Methods 
All orders will be sent on first class delivery and other delivery options are available during the checkout stage. All commissioned and bulk orders will be sent to you on first class signed for recorded delivery or upgraded to special next day delivery before 1pm. Fragile, heavy and/or large sized orders will be delivered by a courier. 
Items sent on recorded or special delivery will be insured against should items become lost or damaged in the post. Proof of posting will be obtained on all items sent. 
If you wish to collect your order, prior arrangement must be made with the seller for collection. 
Postage & Packaging 
Postage and packaging fees are included in the prices in addition to Paypal fees.  
Depending on type of products purchased and overall weight, the following postage fees will apply: 
Royal Mail Standard First Class Delivery - from 64p 
First Class Recorded Delivery - from £1.74 
Courier Delivery - from £20.00 
All items will be securely packaged in appropriate packaging materials. 
All handmade orders (i.e. printed greeting cards and photographic prints) are done to highest possible standards and would like you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please return item(s) in unused condition within 14 working days of receiving your item. There will be no refund on returned postage. Full refund is given upon receipt of returned items within 14 days. 
Exempt items 
Unfortunately, all commissioned work (bespoke greeting cards and calendars, drawings, paintings) cannot be returned due to its personalised nature. Personalisation can include, but not limited to, names, specific greetings, personal photographs including drawings and paintings worked from images supplied by the client. 
If commissioned items become lost or damaged in the post, the item will be either replaced or full refund will be given.
